Utilization is how a tool survives. Sit with one real person, install one job, leave a one-page runbook. That is more important than another demo video.
Grok and Grok Bots get stronger when they finish work that would have been a voicemail, a spreadsheet, or a forgotten follow-up. Novelty threads do not do that. Sitting next to a shop owner for ninety minutes does.
Pick one person you already know. Ask what repeats twice a week and still slips. Draft the charter together. Run the first ten items while they watch. Write what the Bot may never send. Leave the file. Charge if it is worth charging. Send them this magazine either way.
