Human-on-the-loop is the product
The operators who last are the ones who refuse to let a Bot send money, legal language, or a medical guess unsupervised. That refusal is sellable.

A Grok Bot that can sign into tools is powerful because it can also make a mess at 3am. The charter’s “never” list is not decoration. It is the difference between a teammate and a liability.
- Never send a payment, refund, or wire without a named human.
- Never give legal, medical, or tax advice as if it were settled.
- Never impersonate the owner in a fight with a customer.
- Never scrape a competitor’s private data. Public pages only, and say so.
- Always leave a transcript the owner can search.
When you sell a Bot install, you are selling this list plus the morning review. Clients who want “fully automatic” are asking you to eat their risk. Walk away. The next client will pay for the adult in the loop.
Keep a human on money, harm, and reputation.
