Stand up a support Bot for a shop that hates tickets
Customer support is one of the cleanest Bot installs: known docs, known tone, a human still owns refunds. Sell the setup, keep a monitoring retainer.

xAI’s own stories include Bots that live in Zendesk-class queues. The pattern that does not blow up: the Bot drafts, the human sends anything involving money, harm, or a furious customer.
- 1
Ingest the real docs
Help center, return policy, the Slack channel where the true policy lives. If it is not in the Bot’s world, it will invent.
- 2
Tag the landmines
Refunds, safety, legal, anything a regulator might read. Those escalate every time.
- 3
Measure deflection that customers still like
A shorter queue is not a win if your reviews mention a maze. Read the replies the Bot almost sent.
Charge for the install, then a small monthly to recertify the Bot when the shop changes shipping or the model changes personality. That monthly is residual and it is also how you do not get a 2am text six months later.
